We are a portal to vacation rentals, homes, and active tourism in the island of [Tourist Intermediary Code I-0003119.1]. FuerteventurActiva, with VAT- 02893151G y fiscal address, Avenida Juan Carlos I, 73, Corralejo, 35660, Fuerteventura, Spain, acts as an intermediary between the owner or provider of services and the client. We are dedicated exclusively to the island of Fuerteventura, offering a wide range of activities and services to our visitors so that they can take advantage of their stay.

 

Online purchase guarantee

We guarantee that each of the transactions carried out at FuerteventurActiva is 100% secure. All transactions that involve the transmission of personal or banking data are made using a secure environment. FuerteventurActiva uses a server based on the standard security technology SSL (Secure Socked Layer). All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network. Also, the data on your credit card are not registered in any database but go directly to the POS (Point of Sale) of the Bank.
In addition, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to the owners of credit cards, we have incorporated into our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are the holder of a “secure” card, you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD card in our store.
In case that your card is not attached to this payment system, FuerteventurActiva will only accept payment with a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card to customers of proven seniority and reliability.
In both cases, when paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card. VISA or MASTERCARD card, offering, in this way, more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and FuerteventurActiva will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.

Is the use of FuerteventurActiva to minors allowed?

Minors are not allowed to book holiday accommodation in FuerteventurActiva.

Reservation conditions:

To complete the reservation you must pay 25% of the total price in advance. Your reservation will not be confirmed until we have received the payment and you have received a confirmation email. In the confirmation email you will find detailed information about the remaining amount to be paid, contact details and the precise instructions for your arrival and departure.

Full payment:

The remaining payment will be made one week before the arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the house, with the delivery of keys. You can check your detailed payment conditions in the confirmation email. The payments by bank transfer that originate additional expenses, these will be assumed by the client.

Booking cancellation:

All cancellations or reservation modifications must be made in writing via e-mail [email protected]. If the client cancels his reservation at least 15 days before the beginning of his stay, the full amount will be refunded less the expenses that the transfer reimbursement entails. Cancellations communicated with a period less than 15 days prior to the start date of the stay will lose the amount paid as reservation.

Before travelling:

All reservations are made for a certain number of people. This must be specified and confirmed by the client and may not exceed the maximum allowed for each accommodation. In any case, neither on arrival nor on subsequent days the number of guests may be greater than indicated and confirmed by the client at the time of booking. Failure to comply with this rule will mean that all occupants must leave the house permanently. The client will not acquire the right to claim any type of compensation even if their stay has not ended.

Check in:

As a general rule, check-in will take place at 3pm. Please, call us from the airport upon arrival, once you have collected your luggage. We can thus specify a time more precisely for the delivery of keys. If for any reason your arrival suffered a significant delay, we would be grateful if you would notify us to avoid unnecessary waiting. The contact person will show you the house and show you all the services and functions. Agree with you the time of departure that as a general rule is established at 11am.

You should, as a general rule, leave the house at 11am. If you need to leave before, please inform the contact person. You can also request to leave the house later . Upon your departure you will be asked for the keys that were handed to you upon arrival. Any key not delivered will be borne by the customer.

Coexistence rules:

Below you will find a series of rules applicable to housing and the entire neighborhood community. Read them carefully to avoid problems during your stay. The objective of these rules is to assure our clients the quality of their stay. This house is destined to provide a comfortable, quiet and relaxing place for your holidays.

In accordance with current regulations regarding vacation rentals, you must provide us with an identity document (identity card or passport) upon arrival.

Please do not throw cigarette butts to the street, patio or neighboring terraces. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Parties or any type of meetings or events that may cause inconvenience to our neighbors are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in an immediate eviction of the home.

The hours of rest are from 10pm to 10am. We ask for your cooperation in this regard. The majority of the houses are in residential areas and the night rest must be respected at all times.

Do not leave trash inside the house or common areas. You will find containers on the street where you can deposit it every day after 8pm.

The price charged for the cleaning does not include kitchen utensils (crockery, frying pans, cutlery, pots … etc). If you leave these items uncleaned on your departure, you will be charged an additional fee of €50.

Please help us to keep the house in good condition. Every guest will be called to maintain correct and decent behavior.

By booking with FuerteventurActiva you have accepted our terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these rules will mean the loss of your right to claim any type of compensation in case you are forced to vacate the house.

Responsibilities:

The client is responsible for traveling with their own medical and / or travel insurance. Neither FuerteventurActiva nor the owner of the home will be responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may occur due to causes beyond their control such as fire, flood, theft, etc.

Refundable deposit:

Upon arrival you will be asked for a refundable deposit (guarantee) that guarantees that the apartment will be returned under the same conditions.

The client will be responsible for the damage caused to the home including those that exceed the amount of the deposit. Those damages caused by their natural use and wear are excluded.
